   This unit is lucky to have armor on the truck bed turret. I’ve been there and this is the best they can do for now. There is a program in effect to outfit units with better vehicles. This unit already has better trucks than the ones I saw when I was there.

   Why in tarnation do they have to use Chevy’s? If they used Ford’s, these trucks would have a chance of lasting beyond each patrol.

   I think putting Chevy’s in this program is a really bad idea for our troops.

   I guess they really are short in option in selecting trucks they would use. I don’t think those model could do it there.
